Lent Retreat with Laurence Freeman & Giovanni Felicioni

The whole of the Christian mystery is the passing through death into a life that takes us through birth and rebirth.  In Lent, we can first taste what this means by simplifying our life and developing a liberating self-discipline where we need it most.  We enter the desert thirsting but will soon find that it blooms into spring.

Schedule (French time)

Thurs 

  • 10:30 – 11:30am   —  Welcome, introduction, opening talk
  • 12:15pm      — Midday prayer & meditation
  • 1:40 – 2:40pm      — Small group discussion
  • 6:00pm     — Contemplative Eucharist & meditation + Q&A

Fri & Sat

  • 7:00 – 7:30am — Meditation (not online) – optional 
  • 7:45am   — Morning prayer & meditation
  • 9:30 – 10:20am  —  Yoga
  • 10:30 – 11:30am  —  Talk
  • 12:15pm     — Midday prayer & meditation
  • 1:40 – 2:40pm      — Small group discussion
  • 6:00pm    — Contemplative Eucharist & meditation + Q&A

Sun 

  • 7:00 – 7:30am — Meditation (not online) – optional 
  • 7:45am — Morning prayer & meditation
