The L’Arche International Federation Assembly held in Belfast in 2017 called us to go deeper – to re-read our experience and to claim and integrate our fundamental values and principles. This call to create a new Charter for L’Arche, unifying our Federation around a clear expression of our values, vision and common history, has taken on a greater significance after Jean Vanier’s death. The L’Arche Charter Team is gathering at Bonnevaux as part of the three year process to listen deeply to what is emerging as we re-read our experience.
