Abbaye de Bonnevaux : centre pour la paix, is looking for
a temporary resident for
an administrative mission
(3 to 6 months)
As part of the implementation of the spiritual center project and the organization of the community life there, we are looking for a meditator who would like to spend between 3 to 6 months at Bonnevaux and would enjoy helping us with administration while sharing in the life and spirit of the community .
Assignemnts:
- Accountancy: bookkeeping, processing banking operations, preparing invoices payments or receipts for donations
- General administration: filing, answering email enquiries or others correspondences, etc.
Expected skills and qualities:
- Good computer skills (IT office : word, excel)
- Good organisational skills
- Rigor
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of accounting wherever possible
- Speak French perfectly and fluent in everyday English
Terms and conditions:
- Mission from 3 to 6 months
